Hi, please can you add me? I only joined MFP last Wednesday. My start weight is 173 pounds and I want to lose 18 pounds by christmas so my goal weight is 155 pounds! I have already lost one pound since I started :-)

Had brocolli & peas for my last two evening meals and walk everyday, did over 10,000 steps yesterday - yeah!

Tip: Take your shoes off! It was much easier to hop indoors once I removed my shoes. Just try it!
