To me, the dried packages (top ramen) are way up there, even past 10! I bought the frozen ramen packages from an Asian grocery that has 'doughey' noodles and not the fried dehydrated type. The noodles are higher quality and it tastes better :blushing: (9-10 still!) Compared to the dried packages the calorie content is…

Awesome job!!! I like burpees! :embarassed: That is...once Iearned how to avoid bruises. We have a sled in our box and wods occasionally require us to pull and/or pull them...I'm telling you, burpees are not as bad compared to that sled.

It doesn't bother me if I get a FR without a message. I either assume it was from what I have on my profile or they just like pools. I'll admit I like getting them since it feeds my curiosity. :) I can understand. But again doesn't bother me either way. In the end I'd just like supportive and active connections :bigsmile:

I only guesstimated it to be 200. I think that is not accurate, but I feel like the burn varies a lot between days so I think it balances out.

A lot of clean and fresh foods and very little grain carbs and white potatoes make it more manageable. It does take some getting used to. Planning ahead most certainly helps. Feel free to add, my diary is open to friends.:)

^^ I love it! I have a blast doing it and have gotten leaner. Some days are definitely more intense than others, and it keeps things interesting.
