I used this too! I used an immersion blender and did it all slooowly. The texture was perfect! However, I used walnut oil and the taste was pretty strong. I am going to try a different oil. Didn't think about using coconut oil! I think I'll try that!!

I don't think it matters in regards to the time of the day, but it's best to eat it with your standard meals. I usually have them with lunch as a salad topping, or skip it if I plan to cook dinner with a fruit.

I had a horrible experience with IF (both 16:8 and 14:10). Cravings were massive, felt gross after every meal, depression, insomnia, stress was out of control, negative relationship with food.... There are women that swear by it, but it just wasn't for me. I do so much better eating Whole 30 style.

You can turn off the zombie chases for the app. I would suggest doing so if you are winded from the sprints. There is also a 5K version zombies run that can be helpful for beginners.

In the summer I wore cheerleader shorts and fitted shorts underneath. Long enough to cover the lower butt fat-fold. I also wear fitted sports bra-tank that won't slip during handstands.
