Looking for twins! 5'4" - 128lbs

Hi ladies!

I'm looking for MFP twinnies!

I'm 25 yrs old
Height - 5'4"
Heaviest weight - 141lbs
Current weight - 128lbs
Goal weight - 120lbs
BF% - 17 -20% (not sure without calipers!)

I LOVE to lift heavy weights and am currently trying to find my one-rep max; currently following P90X and working on insanity :)

Fitness Goals include: doing unassisted pull-ups and lowering BF%

If anyone out there has similar goals or think they would like to be my friend please don't hesitate to Add me!

    I am a runner. About to start training for my 2nd half marathon. I run about 50 miles a month during non training times and do some weight training

    5'4" and CW is 128
    Highest weight was 190 something several years ago
    GW is anywhere from 115-120

    I've just started getting into some 'real' weightlifting and DH and I are ordering Insanity this week.

    I got to 125 lbs before Christmas vacations but then lagged and fell off the wagon and I'm back at 128. Tried P90X a week ago but it bores me and it doesn't keep me on track. So I'm back to doubling JM 30 DS and JM 6 Week Six Pack! I need to start eating cleaner to lose belly fat.

    Right now I'm doing a group personal training on Saturdays (lasts 6 weeks) that focuses on strength training. I exercise on my own 3 other times a week. I'm mostly focusing on losing weight right now -- my goal at the end of 6 weeks is to do 10 "real" pushups in a row (I started at 2).

    I was just thinking two or three days ago that when I'm done with the 6 week program, my long term goal is to be able to do an unassisted pull-up from a dead hang.

    I lift 5 days a week and do 20-30 min. of cardio 3 or 4 times a week. I used to run 6 miles a day 5 days a week and my body stayed the same for years. But I wanted to be more toned, and actually have something to show for my hours in the gym. When I incorporated weights and quit being a cardio-holic, I finally started seeing changes. I hate when girls are scared of lifting heavy!

    My personal goal is also to do unassisted pull-ups...I will conquer them! Oh yeah, and box jumps...I physically can't jump! SO weird...so I'm working on that too :)
