I had to comment in this case. I too consistently eat below the recommended caloric intake, but that's not intentional. I work out which buys me more calories, otherwise I'd be there on some days. I don't starve myself. I eat a lot of protein, fruit, veggies, Greek yogurt, almond butter, nothing processed, and I feel fine.…
