I thought about that. I chose to purchase the detox because I couldn't but that much food for that price. I also wanted to be certain I got the protein, etc. that I need. It was simply easier. Also, I'm not very familiar with a raw vegan diet. I didn't have to do anything but mix a drink 3 times a day.

I was amazed that I gained 5 pounds the day I started and I gradually lost until I finished. Now I'm back to the pre-menstrual weight. It was crazy!! I do not plan to weigh while on anymore. It's too discouraging.

Is it terrible that sometimes I improvise the moves? Some of that jumping is too hard to do & I feel like doing something slightly different that works the intended area is better. What do you all think?

I'm on day 3 of week 2 Insanity. I'm doing it with a group of friends. We are all doing really well. It helps motivate me, personally, to see them push themselves.
