Air-popped popcorn! <-- But that's very rarely, since I never have time to actually pop them. Instead, I'd just have some Special K Mini Breaks, or a warm glass of Soy Milk :p I agree with you when you say that hot foods keep you fuller. That's what the Chinese doctors say as well xD

I try to limit my meals to the following: Breakfast - 200kCals Morning Snack - 150kCals Lunch - 300kCals Afternoon Snack - 150kCals Dinner - 400kCals Total - 1200kCals My Diary should be public, so feel free to flip through it if you want to take a look ;) Oh, and I like to plan ahead xD

Yum, I love salads :) Sometimes, I'd have an almond salad. (I'd just throw some lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers together, along with 15 almonds. The whole salad in tolal is around 159kCals.)

Dried fruit, protein powder, nuts (such as walnuts <-- they're said to be the healthiest nut) and quinoa. Good luck :)
