Works amazingly well for me. Stops bloating, lose weight easily, get to eat lots of yummy meat. It's not for everyone but I am a big fan.

I overdid it at body pump choosing too heavy weights and it put me on my *kitten* for about 5 days! I'm now focusing on body weight training and will have another bash once my core fitness has increased.

How does one exercise on so few calories. Stupid idea.

You'll stll loose weight but maybe not at the same rate as you would if you cut the carbs. Say 45 / 45 split protein and fat, 10% carbs.

Yep count me in. I did 3 days of 30DS and it nearly killed me. I think the weights I was using were too heavy. My arms felt like they were going to drop off for a week after. I said to myself I would try again starting today (with slightly ligher weights). Bring it on!!

Hi everone, fairly new to MFP. First group joined and looking forward to the challege. I want to loose the beer belly and my target is to loose 21 lbs by christmas. Just to echo eveyone else's thoughts not sure how I will cope without my early morning coffee fix but I'll give it a go!
