I have been doing 16:8 for about 6 weeks. It is pretty simple. After I started I realized this was my eating pattern naturally when I was younger (high school). It worked for me then and it is working now. I am doing well with it. I would love to chat and share ideas.

Wow, what a trip! 600 miles :o ! OK. How are you going to lose it? Do you have a plan? I started a plan on May 8 of no meat outside of fish/seafood/egg. Also, threw in IF last week. I have lost a total of 9.7 so far. You can do this.
