I got the H7. Before using MFP i calculated my strength training at between 500-700 calories. After getting the HRM it says i burn between 1200-1500 calories. Huge difference. Also when running i was using nike run and MFP to calculate. Once again the HRM states i actually burn about 1/3 more calories.

when i started out i thought cheat days would be fine. After 3 weeks of once a weak cheat days i realized i was just harming the healthy habits i was creating. Now i find just allowing myself one thing here and there is the way to go for me. Of course you're going to have times where you go overboard, just don't get down…
