  • I have tried it....seems sweet....Drinking i am finding hard as everything has so many calories, other than water or diet pop.. which who wants to waste on drinking...lol...if anyone has any suggestions for other things to drink other than water with little or no calories please let me know!!!!

  • I am new to this and a little confused. I was given 1200 calories per day...i am a short girl. and work out 3-4 times a week. I eat my 1200 when i work out sometimes i can't eat all my calories because I am not hungry....so are you saying that we should be eating more? to lose weight?
