It's a little maddening, isn't it? Try tracking inches...i find it is much more satisfying and less susceptible to totally random and inexplicable change. As far as numbers though, mine are almost exactly the same as yours.

Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, kept in the fridge. 32 chips, which is more than enough to satisfy, is 70 calories. Yum.

Hah, measurements were what finally convinced me! I'd lost two inches from my waist and have the same hip and thigh measurements as when I was a runner 15 years ago - but I hadn't lost a single pound.

Yes! I do full fingertip pushups as part of my workout, and I wouldn't trade that ability for smaller jeans!

Try a light fast instead. If you know you are going to want drinks and high calorie snacks on Saturday night you could eat a meal at, say, 5pm on Friday night and then just fast on water until your party. I'm on IPOARM and hit 1400 or so on days that I don't have Kung Fu by using IF. It's a lot easier to feel satisfied eating 1400 calories in 4-6 hours than spread out over the whole day. In kung fu class on Saturday morning I did 30 on my fingertips and 30 on my knuckles. Probably could've done more. Fingertip pushups really suck.
