I change mine all the time. The more comfortable I become with my body I realize it is ok to stay at my current weight. Goals help us stay motivated. If you are aiming at the same target for a long period of time, it gets boring!

Pork butt (shoulder) - you can sub a loin but you lose the moisture because of less fat 1 bottle Mojo sauce (I use Badilla) Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 6 You will now it is finished when it falls apart. Serve with brown rice, pasta, as taco filling or alone with veggies! SO GOOD!

I am 5'3" and currently 134. I was down to 130 a month ago and while I looked terrific, it was not easy to maintain while not killing myself in the gym and still enjoying the foods I love.
