  • Short Stuff here too, I'm 5-0 (with a deep breath) Medium build. I am currently 174 down from 224, my goal weight is 125-130. I think it really depends on the muscle weight. I think it could easily vary up to 10 pounds. I'm on the 1200 calorie daily and exercise about 6 days a week.

  • Not having them around the house is the best thing but if you must it's alright to treat yourself once in awhile just get your treat and put the rest away.   • I hate breakfast but have made myself start eating it, when I wasn't eating I was finding it really hard to get going and take my vitamins.
