  • Good news, bad news. Bad news: I didn't do my planned workout for Monday, and I overslept and didn't do my planned workout for today (and there's no time to squeeze it in). Good news: I did my half-hour walk yesterday. Bad news: A half-hour walk really wore me out. Good news: Now I'm really motivated to get in better shape!
  • I want to join, too! I'm 56, and need to lose (I hope) forty pounds. Of course, I might have gained weight since I made that decision :(. Anyway, for September 5 I want to lift weights to a video (Power 90), do abs (Ab RIpper), and add on a twenty-minute yoga tape (Yoga for Stress Relief). See you tomorrow! Mollie
