5 half a$s girly push ups :) When I was in my teens I boxed. I could do about 50 regular push ups and 500 situps. I'll get back there one day.

I don't count multivitamins but I might start. I DO count my fiber pills because I'm trying to track my fiber intake. I might have to start taking extra iron also, if I do, it will be tracked. Not necessarily because of calories but due to my iron deficiency.

You are so right, people are born with asthma. I always get aggravated when someone blames cigaret smoke for causing their asthma. When I first started cardio, I used my inhaler all the time. i live in the desert so anything lower then 80 is chilly to me. I keep my heat at 73 and carry around a blanket and sleep with flannel sheets.

I'm going to my moms house so, I will be eating over my calorie goal. Going to my parents house is my cheat day I guess. Other then that I'm hoping my back feels well enough for a workout :) Oh yea, I have about an hour of work to do.

Carrot sticks dipped in thousand island dressing! I don't diet, I just changed how I eat. I still eat burgers and lasagna just not everyday. Edit: Sorry I'm not much help, i've had a goofy day. But just take what you already eat and tweak it. Make it a 'healthy version'. Thats kinda what i've done with some things.
