I've just started to actively use MFP again, so I'm going to do this. Exercise is my biggest problem. I like the idea of 50 in the morning and 50 at night. Since my arms are basically jello, I think I'll do wall pushups :)

Turned 30 last October and so far 2014 is going to be the best year ever. Enjoying 30 and single for once.

I can say that I'm in a better place. Theres been a lot of bad stuff in the past 2 years, but I'm happier. I have a much better job and not stressing 24/7. And excited to say that when renewing my drivers license this year, I got to update my photo and weight. Down 30+ lbs.

I cook for myself and don't have any problems. I buy frozen veggies that way they don't go bad so fast. Basically, just try the recipes. You will never know unless you try it. And you can always adjust recipes if you don't want to make as much as it calls for, just cut the ingredients in half or something. There are many…

I agree, OP is phishing. There is a 20 inch difference between my hips and waist, almost 10 inches between waist and bust. So I was curious about the "do I have wide hips" thing. Can't believe I went through this whole post.

A bit ago I tried Falafels for the first time (store bought mix) So yummy. Heading to Las Vegas this weekend and won't be able to log, but I won't go over board. Maybe I will find something new/weird at one of the buffets.

I've adjusted my plan a lot since I got on mfp. I don't have a time frame to get to goal as long as I get there. I haven't been doing as well as I should be the past few weeks (family drama, stress, tired, sick). So my new plan is, start fresh on Monday! Don't eat out as much and work out more. Celery here too. Any celery, cooked, raw, dipped... whatever. Just no... I also have issues with tofu. Tried it and just don't get it.

Short term: Start exercising 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. (I have a hard time making myself exercise) Med term: Fit into the size 14 shorts my mom gave me. (My 18s are starting to get loose) Long term: Reach goal weight of 130lbs. No time limit, just do it! (185 right now)

Not too much went on the past week. Enjoyed a night out with my brother who will be moving away soon, great concert and dinner. I'm upping my calorie goal from 1200 to 1400 because I feel like I have stalled. We will see how it goes.

I can't afford a trainer or any equipment. But I've been doing more activities with my little 2lb weights, and boy can I feel a difference.

I'm at 1200, sometimes go over but I think as long as I'm under 1500 then I'm happy. I usually only eat back exercise calories to net 1200. The only thing I plan on doing for this challenge is upping my exercise.
