Try also more veggies. The day that I started eating more veggies and and maybe less dairy/meat/carb/fruit the more weight i lost. It was REALLY hard to change that, and I still love fruits and carbs etc... and eat them... but its important to get a LOT of veggies into your diet. Also make sure you give your body a rest…

I can technically eat more as I get to my goal, I am just finding that I have very steady weight loss at the caloric level that I am at..... I guess my thought was that when I got a few lbs under my goal weight, I would just add 200 calories every couple weeks until I got up to maintenance calories.

I dont know if you can see my profile photo... but I did all that WITH Crossfit. It doesnt matter your size. Everything is scale-able. Definitely try it if you want to. Even fit people who come in start somewhere.
