  • Ok so I used the fat2fit calculator and it says I have to consume over 2300 calories. I know I'm not going to be able to eat all of thos calories. Why are their numbers so much greater than MFP?
  • Ok so let me see if I got this right, eventhough MFP says I should eat 1200 calories and this will keep my numbers in the green, I am suppose to eat over 1200 and leave my net calories in the red? So instead of eating 1200 net calories I should eat at least 1300?
  • Now I'm really confused. So if I am suppose to net 1200 calories and I burn 450 only eat1500 not 1650?
  • Thanks everyone for your help. I have been feeling very tired lately so I guess I will try to eat all of them back to see if this helps. It just seems like a lot of food.
  • Hi, I started Body By Vi almost a month ago and I have to say I haven't lost any weight. I have gained so much more from them though. I have so much more energy than I had before starting the shakes. The energy that I have gained has helped me to accomplish what I really want which is to workout more.
  • I started yesterday as well and I think today felt harder. I guess because I am still a little sore.
