You can do it. I to am a so called expert on what needs to be done. However I have difficulty following my own advise. Back at it again. I remind myself I did not get to the weight I am overnight nor will I get back to my desired weight overnight. But I will get there... each time we learn something.

Also a 60 plus.I have started back and trying to track everything and use my fitbit. Plan on making friday my weigh in day. I am at a desk for eight hrs and am struggling to increase my walking/steps.

Hi everyone I have 50 plus to loose. Any support is appreciated .I am trying to look at a goal of five lbs and then the next 5lb goal. Thinking the total I need to loose seems to overwhelming so baby step....

Logging everything I put into my mouth. One it holds me accountable and two educates me. Shocking to see how much sugar is in some items. Also helps me make choices....... .Yes I can have this but will forfeit that to stay within my total calories for the day.

How is the 30 -Day Shred entered for exercise /calories burned. Today was my first day doing level 1 and had a hard time hopefully that will get better.
