ok thanks. Ive been eating around 800-900 so that would be 300 less than the recommended without exercise!!!!

Its very confusing! To me, you do exercise to burn fat and lose weight! Why would you want to eat the calories you have just lost!! :noway:

Like what? I doin the slimbelly program in my gym so have to keep fats and carbs to a minumum!! Out of pure frustration this evening i had a chocolate bar and even that was low in calories!! Just 190!!!
