Implants only last for so many years. Mammograms you have 8 instead of 4, also need to have an MRI every couple years. There is also a high risk of lots of scar tissue. Be very sure you get all the facts.

Always count or keep track of the food you eat. This will keep you from miss judging the amount you consume. Quote " You are never really off the program unless you stop counting"

It is hard to walk by all the food. Just for yourself bring what you plan to eat that day and stick with just those items.
