I have 2 screws in my knee and minimal cartilage, I have been taking glucosamine and chondrointin w/ msm. I think it's helped thus far.

I finished Insanity Week 2 day 2 today. Phew. I am getting stronger, I can now make it through the warm up with no breaks and the breaks I take during the workout are much shorter. Do you guys find the push up work extremely hard? Particularly push up jacks and walking push ups? I find it impossible!

I completed week 1 day 4 today (Cardio Recovery). Tomorrow is Pure Cardio and I hear that one is TOUGH! Keep it up everyone!!! :)
