wow you look amazing! and congrats, this really inspires me since i'm a mom (my baby's 4 months old) and i also had a c-section. i'm scared i'll be stuck with this body forever, since a lot of ppl say so, but your achievement changed my mind. i will be adding you, if you don't mind :)

I started exercising after 2 months. Do not do any stomach exercises just yet!! It hurt so much when I did. Start with just legs or arms. I'm 4 month postpartum and I still can't do a crunch (not from pain but my stomach muscles got Extremely weak).
