I always stay around 1200 as that is also my set allowance. I also make sure I walk my 2 miles everyday...and that allows me 332 more calories! So far its working!

You can never give up because you feel you failed for the day. Wake up tommorrow and begin again. This is why most people that diet fail...they have an "off day" feel disqusted and give up. push on...nobody is a overnight succuss!

Yes it has been about two months for me as well...and I work out 7 days a week...and never exceed my calories. But muscle weighs more than fat...and I have lost two sizes! So no worries!! It happens and the scale is on its way down again! OOO...maybe look into adding more low fat dairy to your diet....it worked for me!

Nope I stayed under! I never go over because then I wouldnt be happy with myself. I have adopted the theory "eat to survive" Food is a momentary pleasure...eat it..its gone. Until it shows up as an additional 30 lbs one day! I had alittle of most things...but portion control is the key. And then made sure to do my miles!!

I love everything about cruising...EVERYTHING! The steps are a great idea.... and desserts.....WELLLLL the chocolate melting cake is SOOOO good. Maybe just one! haha And for sure with the swimming! I will be trying to track it all..... both on ship and in the ports... I figure I will also be doing alot of walking...so that will help. Hopefully the gym has a scale! haha....dont want to come back with an additional 10lbs... not a good surprise! And BTW...YOU WILL LOVE your cruise ENJOY!
