Yeah, sadly I've plateaued as well and I have NO idea why. I'm watching everything I eat, I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, I'm exercising at least 4-5 times a week doing a little over a mile each time. I lost 8lbs in my first week! And haven't lost a flipping pound since. :-( It's been 3 weeks!

Sadly only water. You can add Mio to your water... but water intake is strictly water intake. I know you figure like Iced Tea is mostly water but it's the additives in it that no longer make it as "nutritious" or valuable as straight water. Don't know if anyone answered you... but you only press Start/Stop when you need to log Sleeping etc. As far as walking, running on a treadmill, climbing stairs etc, FitBit does that on it's own! ;-)
