Yay! I love watermelon...it's full of water and natural sugar I has never done me any harm at all....I eat it so much I think it has played a good role in my digestive system and weight loss

Me!!! I can eat good all day, then at night before bed I get really hungry, the best way for me to beat the urge to eat something High in protine and high in fiber it keeps me fuller longer, and I resist the urge to snack at night

not a rant, I can totally understand what your going through...have you looked into a behavioral specialist?, thats what Im looking into at the moment...in the beginning they wanted to put him on meds , I will only use that as a last resort, but if he can get help other way Im gonna try that
