OMG I was the same way till 2 weeks ago and let me tell you Im glad I did, it's less stressful and it's nice to weigh yourself after a week and find a nice suprise :) You can do it hun Good Luck

Im gonna try this I normally use strawberries or banana's in my oatmeal..... peanut butter sounds really good!
