What to do with a bag of shredded lettuce?

I bought an extra bag of shredded lettuce last Sunday and I'm still not done with the first bag. It's going to go bad soon if I can't do something with it. I've been using the first bag on wraps for lunch, but I'm not using near what I thought I would, so I've got a whole bag and a half sitting in the fridge.

So, I'm going to the store tomorrow, what are some things I could do with it that:

1. use a LOT of shredded lettuce
2. don't use a lot of other ingredients. I'm on a college student's budget! I just really want to get rid of this lettuce.

    I'd make a big fat chef's salad.
Tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg, turkey or chicken(you can buy a premade breast in the lunch meat section for under $4 if you have no kitchen).
Or taco salad-ground turkey, tomato, cheddar cheese, black olives, lettuce. For a great dressing, mix a small container of sour cream(full fat, low fat, fat free-whatever your diet/cals allow) with salsa.

Ooh, that sounds REALLY good, thanks for the idea! I know what I'm getting at the store tomorrow now, haha.
