It is meant to be done everyday. I wasn't quite ready for that when I started haha! I did it about 3 times a week for a couple weeks and then started doing consecutive days once I had gotten my body a bit more used to it. I have used and english muffin (so I get two mini pizzas- I like Thomas whole grain or triple health cause they are both about 100 calories) with jarred sauce (look for a healthier option) and then part-skim mozzarella and veggies or lean meat :) Not too bad if you need to satisfy the craving.

p.s. If you have a small microwave the squash can also be done in the oven (minus the plastic wrap of course) at 375 for about 30 minutes.

Hi there! I am just now doing the 30DS for my first set of consecutive days. I worked up to it by doing it just a few days a week for a month or so first. It worked out really well for me! Keep it up! You are doing great! I also sent a friend request since it looks like we have similar goals :)

I have wanted to try C25K but have had the app for probably over a year and never started cause I though I was to heavy. I always said I would start once I was "thinner". Thanks for the motivation to finally start it!

That is awesome!!! I am just getting started and at 228. I have been wanting to try C25K for so long and always told myself I am too big, I will hurt myself. I agree with slow short walks MAYBE. I would follow doctors orders. You don't want to injure yourself further. You could possibly need lots more recovery time and then you would really be upset.

I really like Jillian Michael's "No more trouble zones" for that kinda of thing... I am not quite where you are yet but I know it really worked that part of my body!
