Great job! And great story! I am about 3/4 though a modified (16 wk) C25K program. I will be finished with it about 2 weeks before my first 5K i on August 30th so this is very inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing :)

First of all, congrats to you for quitting!! It is quite an accomplishment! With that being said, my boyfriend and I both had a lot of trouble sleeping when we quit smoking so that could be a big part of it :( It does get better and of course it is sooo worth it in the end!

I have never done P90X but I have done the 30 Day Shred (which involves lots of jumping) in my second floor apartment. I haven't had any problems so far but I do try to keep it to times that I won't keep anyone awake if I do make some noise. :) good luck to you!
