Whenever I'm weighed at the doctor's office, I ask the MA to make a note in my chart indicting my clothing weighs 10 pounds. My "official" weigh-in is once a week, first thing in the morning, in the buff, on the same scale, and that's the only number I pay attention to for weight management.

I completed the 30DS in Jan/Feb, deliberately spreading it out over 60 days, and achieved remarkable results. I was planning to start again next month but happy to being a little early with the support of others. I will post "before" measurements on Saturday or Sunday. It's a tough workout that kicks butt but the effects…

I completed 30DS in about 35 days and also did 45-60 minutes of cardio most days. Days 2 and 3 of level 1 were BY FAR the worst in terms of pain/stiffness/soreness but it quickly faded and I started seeing signs of increased strength and endurance. I weighed and took measurements on day one; halfway through the program I was down 5.8 pounds and 8-1/2 inches overall. I will weigh and…

I will do day 8 of level 2 this afternoon. I did weight and measurements at the halfway point a couple days ago and had lost 5.8 pounds and 8.5 inches overall since starting 30DS on Jan 13. I also do additional cardio 45-60 minutes/day 4 days/week. Days 1-3 of level 1 and day 2 of level 2 were difficult and I was really…

Cream(er) in my coffee and wine. Coffee is what makes mornings bearable--and what's coffee without creamer--and I drink a glass or two of wine (mostly red because I like it more and it also has health benefits) 3-4 times a week. I typically fit both of them into my daily goal and neither are negotiable.
