You should check out Blogilates on Youtube (she has a DVD too!), she has hundreds of videos and workouts on there - more recently her workouts are fun and girly, but right back at the start she has some quieter ones. I'd definitely recommend them, they are challenging!

When you don't know the exact calories, try to find the closest thing to it, like if it's macaroni for example, sometimes there'll be a "generic" of "homemade" version on the MFP database!

I have found MFP to be pretty accurate! I use a heart rate monitor when I'm on the treadmill, and the difference between what MFP says and what the HRM says is only marginal, something like 20 calories at the most :)

It's definitely worth a try if you can find the workouts anywhere. Basically, there are about 13 poses which you work through in every workout, but using "dynamic resistance", tensing your muscles and working against your own body weight. It's a great workout!

Well, I put my HRM the other day to test it when I did cleaning - I mean hardcore, bathrooms, kitchen, hoovering, about 90 minutes.
