I make ham roll ups with thin sliced ham, low fat cottage cheese & baby spinach leafs. Yummy! Just container everything separate until you're ready to eat, then roll em up and BAM! Good protein, low fat & filling. :)

I'm on a beta- blocker, it makes you more tired than usual, so my energy level is a little on the low side. If given the choice, I would much rather sit happily on the couch watching my favorite shows than to go walking after dinner.
