The best way is to get an HRM to count your calories. That's what I use. I like it because it counts the exact calories whereas my fitness pal is just an estimate and gives you the same number even if you do it with more or less intensity some days. Is the calorie burn accurate for the FT4? I just used mine for the first time today and it turns out I have a higher calorie burn using it than MFP estimates. Not that I'm complaining, I just don't want to log MORE calories for exercise than I'm burning! :)

I just started Audible and I love it for driving! I'm going to try it while working out today. I'm almost finished with the I Am Number Four trilogy.
