I am 5ft 3in and starting wieght 150 lbs and am now down to 143 lbs. I am a size 14 (UK) and am still a size 14 but clothes are starting to feel far more comfortable than they were. GW is 126 lbs and a UK size 12. I've never been small so just want to get 3/4 lbs under the top end of my weight range.
