Armageddon when the father (Bruce Willis) is talking to his daughter (Liv Tyler) on that big screen towards the end. Never fails I bawl everytime. Another one that gets the water works going is Marly and Me.

I will try to cut out the late night eating as I have a bad habit of eating after everyone goes to bed.
