THe BMI is really wrong way to measure yourself. It only takes your heught & weaght in to consideration. EXAMPLE: the BMI will say someone of 1.70m and 80kg Fat is exactly the same as 80kg pure Muscle. Don't look at the BMI look at your Fatpercentage!
