Does anyone know how to reset the account...like if you buy a fit bit from someone and they had it linked already to mfp....mfp says " only 1 account can be linked at once" I don't know the info for the old account.

Eating certain things like Oatmeal will ALWAYs make me more hungrier in an hour than if I ate nothing at all.....I eat if I'm hungry..I dont go by any rules,but I know that if im going to eat pure carbs to have a snack near by or add some fat/protein to my meal.

Fiction.I am overweight so my body has fat Reserves...Think of hibernating Bears-They eat a LOT before Winter so that their bodies can live off of that fat while they sleep..My body will live off of my Fat when I dont feed it enough...thats the intended function of body fat..to feed us when food is scarce.

Just list it as cooked or raw...If Im listing that I ate a hamburger it asks me if it was 4oz cooked or 4 oz raw,If Im eating bacon it says the same thing...it accounts for the difference in grease/fat/weight by doing it that way.Also...when the math gets too complicated I just go with the highest number just in case....
