Tofu is a good source of protein, however I would not call it 'yummy'. As someone said, it is colorless, odorless and tasteless. It really depends what you do with it. Quorn has definitely more taste and a meatier texture.

I believe it is best to lose weight slowly rather than going into a crash diet. Try to combine dieting with some exercise (walking, running, cycling, gym, workouts, etc). No need to check your weight daily, it will fluctuate, what matters is the trend. Keep busy!

I live near Geneva, Switzerland. I love this area because of the beauty of the lake, the cosmopolitan town, the Alps nearby. Some of the world's greatest ski slopes are just over an hour drive away. You can practice just about any sport around here.

Today I biked to the gym (1 hour total) and I did 1h and 10 min of strenght training and stretching.
