  • Simple Quiona 2 cups low fat chicken broth 1 cup Quinoa Put both in a pot, bring to boil, turn down to simmer, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Add veggies and herbs during cooking. Garlic is good too. Leftovers are good in soup.:smile:
