I've never heard of this person before, but I am totally appalled that she said not having a thigh gap is unhealthy! That is just so wrong and so bad for girls and women to hear. And also, she was talking bad about Jenna Marbles? D:

Nice post, saving for later! I want to do weightlifting someday, but I am definitely intimidated. In college, I signed up for a gym with my roommate and we got a personal trainer who was starting to help us with the weights. That was great because we were both girls in the weight room together, but now I've moved away and…

My cat did once try to smoother me because I didn't feed her early enough.

Riiiight. Or I could just make sure it fits into my day and load up my sammich with veggies. Or will that kill me?
-
These are so cute! I really want to try these, but I dunno if I'm that creative.

They're neither good nor bad. No, you shouldn't eat them all day everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yes, it's perfectly fine to eat them several times a week for quick lunch or dinner. I do, they fill me up. I eat veggies on the side with them. A lot of people will say say they're unhealthy because they're scared…

So ready to move from the Mcdonald's is evil thread to the Subway is evil thread.

This makes me sad because I asked for a fitbit one for christmas and didn't get one. I've wanted it for so long, I'm going to have to save up myself. I do a lot of walking for work and it would be insanely helpful for those days.

Because bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles are delicious.

Cafe Escapes Cafe Vanilla! I love it.

I think Girl Scout Cookies are too expensive for how many you get. Plus, I find the Keebler's Coconut Dream cookies to be almost an exact replica of the delicious Samoas, so I haven't bothered with them for quite some time. Plus, no one walks around selling them door to door where I live anyway.

I have to start bringing my lunch to work next week, I know I'll be more likely to want to eat it if it's cute. Great site!

I can't even imagine just eating one egg.

Yeah, but the weight watchers leaders aren't standing up there and telling those ladies to spend their points eating oreos and brownies and skipping dinner is fine. You really get what you put into it, and if those ladies are determined to eat their oreos by the bag and use their points on them, they're going to find an…

I really don't understand this argument against Weight Watchers (or similair programs). Those ladies would probably be exactly the same if they were just counting calories. It's not the fault of the program that they want to spend all their points on junk food, it's the fault of the person.

I'll get them from wherever I want as long as I'm under my allotted calories for the day.

So in for this.

I plan to find the best looking dessert in there and eating some of that. Just not all the desserts, I'm sure there will be more than enough to choose from.

Man. My Office, instead of having a traditional potluck or something, is having a DESSERT potluck. An entire room filled with delicious homemade desserts. I don't know what to do with that.

I find the site can be kind of a hassle to use sometimes, though I like the recipe builder feature. I have almost no issues with the app--I have an Iphone. It's maybe only crashed on my a couple times in the four months I've been using it. It definitely could be improved though.

I don't get why you're only questioning weight watchers about this. There are tons of "diet foods" in the supermarket that are twice the price of a regular item. Take Pringles for example, the low-fat chips are double the price per can of just the regular chips. Plus, like it's been said already, no one is forcing you to…

Diet soda never makes me crave things. I usually drink it to fill myself up when I can't/don't want to eat more.

I LOVE those chocolate oranges. Haven't had a single one this year..might have to try to find this tea instead.

I had mine out two years ago and honestly my diet hasn't really changed at all. In the very beginning, like the first couple months, I couldn't hand;e very greasy foods but I adjusted very quickly and now foods rarely bother me, even if they're super greasy. The only thing I've completely cut out because of my gallbladder…

This isn't really true, at least not for me. I've been doing Weight Watchers for a while now and I did it before a couple years ago. Their meetings are there to educate you about healthy meetings. Topics of meetings I've been to have included taking a healthy snack with you everywhere, eating in moderation on holidays like…

But...what else is going to entertain me this good during my last 15 minutes of work?

This is exactly the type of site I've been looking for in regards to green smoothies. I just started getting into them and was finding the options a little overwhelming. These recipes seem easy and like products I'll either have in my house or be able to buy easily at the store. Thanks!

I consistently weigh 2lbs more at night than I did in the morning. I've gotten used to it by now, it's almost never varies unless I eat something huge and particularly unhealthy.

Sounds good! I eat Oikos Key Lime almost everyday, but I think I'll look for this one too next time I go shopping.
