I agree as well and this is why I weigh myself every morning. I only record new lows.

A fix: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1021434-net-carbs-script

I found that a job motivated me to get up earlier. Still does.

I looked at your diary. Based on your calorie goals, the couple of days that you logged and the history of diets that you posted about, I believe your biggest problem is that you are under eating. Low calorie dieting and HCG have messed up your metabolism. My recommendation is that you stick to a low carb version of…

Try reinstalling the old script then replace .container with .food_container. Make sure it has the "." in front.
-
That's what I would do. Run a "search" in edit to make sure you've replaced all the .container code.

The breakout is almost gone. I'm mostly just dealing with the dry skin aftermath now. I wouldn't be able to use Pine Tar Soap as I am allergic to pine. We had to stop having real Christmas trees in the house. I have used Fels Naptha Soap in the past. It works very well for drying up poison ivy/oak.
-
Yes, that works. I've been treating poison ivy/oak similarly. I hose the breakout with as hot a water as I can tolerate. Then switch to cold water. It shocks the nerve ends and stops the itch for a significant period of time.

Very common for diabetics. The best way to combat it is to keep you blood glucose low. High BG slows down healing.
-
YES. Thank you. I don't use Chrome but that fix instructions stated the following: I edited the script replacing .container with .food_container and now it works. Thank you again.

Where do you live because I should come and help you eat some of those so that you don't eat too many. &:)

The recipe I follow states that the mayo is good kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
-
I agree. However, in my case it's the difference between as low as 84g of protein vs. as much as 203g. Plus, keeping my protein within optimal range is very important for controlling my diabetes.
-
That should be 0.7-0.9 grams of protein per pound of LEAN body mass not total body weight.
-
In keto I am way more sensitive to caffeine.
-
What are you putting in your mayo that could make it grainy?
-
You can pasteurize your eggs to make them safe. http://bakingbites.com/2011/03/how-to-pasteurize-eggs-at-home/

No such thing. The store bought one labeled "made with olive oil" has just a bit of olive oil in it so that they can label it that way. The bulk of the oil is still soybean.
-
Even after a year, I will overeat keto friendly choices at any family or church event just to stave off the temptations of joining in on the sweet stuff.
-
Totally awesome. Congratulations!

In my opinion there is no such thing as "too many chicken wings". Just like there is no such thing as "too much bacon".

If it is a carb crash, which is possible, it will go away when the carb withdrawals ends. Try increasing your fats and make sure you are getting enough salt and water. Insomnia will do all those things as well. Watch your caffeine intake. I am far more sensitive to caffeine eating low carb. If it doesn't go away in a…

I know nothing about bydureon but any medication that causes a rash should be discontinued immediately and make a call to your doctor. From http://www.bydureon.com/

Yes.

Yep, my script is all messed up too.

I have been eating a low carb/moderate protein/high fat diet for over a year. It works for me. I am diabetic and PCOS. It's the only way I can regulate my metabolism. I would suggest that anyone unable to lose weight just by eating lower calories is dealing with a metabolic issue.
-
To control high blood sugar, you decrease carbohydrates, keep protein at a moderate level (enough to meet your daily protein needs) and fat high. Fat helps to regulate blood glucose levels. Excess protein will be converted to glucose. Anyone who is chronically hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) without being on diabetic…

If you are experiencing a low blood sugar (below 70) and you need to raise your blood sugar level quickly then you consume 15g of a quick carbohydrate (glucose tab, orange juice, canned frosting, etc.). Wait 15 minutes and check your blood sugar. If it is still too low, then repeat 15g carbs - wait 15 minutes. Once your…

It sounds to me like you have not stayed in ketosis long enough to become fully keto adapted. Make sure you keep up your sodium intake. And keep your fat macro high. Don't worry about calories for the first couple of weeks but stay in keto.
-
Yes, exertion can raise your blood sugar. Your blood sugar probably dropped which resulted in you liver dumping glucose into your blood stream to bring it back up. Only it probably over compensated. That can give you all kinds of weird feelings.
