Yup, right knee...right ankle always pop.It hurts a little until I walk it out..it seems to improve when I work it a bit..I was worried a little about it..because that knee was busted open in a car wreck..but seems to be just when the joints are cold..not sure if I should worry about it or not

Hi, I would suggest maybe like eevryone has said...have alot more veggies and get protein from them too, and less meat..especially less red meat. This is just a suggestion. I would say too, go to 1,450 cals. dont go over...do...not....go...over....But if you do, make yourself workout to "pay" for the calories you went…

Thanks everyone for the very diversified answers and advice..I think I will eventually change my eating schedule to larger meal in the am less in the pm . But for now Im staying within my caloric goal, so I cant be doing too bad on average..ive only been here 17 days so we will see. :flowerforyou:
