I agree. I believe the flex is wonderful. A watch, pedometer, calculates calories burned, everything. I love it and the added option of logging sleep is nice. And it's all right there on your wrist to check if you so desire.

Haven't found a protein powder flavor that I like so I don't use protein powder. However, I do make smoothies pretty regularly. the pink one! the material on the gold one shows every single line and curve. wouldn't suggest black to a wedding. The pink one is pretty, fits you nicely, and can be dressed up or down for the occasion.
