  • That's interesting. Perhaps I have been underestimating my calorie burn, but I don't think so. I suppose it's better than not having it connected. Either way, I'm going to continue eating like I have been, even if it means I'm under my recommended calorie totals by quite a margin. I'm not feeling hungry, that's for sure.
  • Did you (or do you) have problems with loose skin?
  • I'm in the exact same boat--2 lbs in my first week. Congrats! I'll say this though, food should still be enjoyable no matter what. I don't look at food as simply fuel, as I think it's one of life's great pleasures. Keep going strong, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

  • Nice job man! Keep it going. Love that you're keeping track of the total number of km you have travelled...by foot!
  • Looking great. Saving your own life!
  • Wow, what a great response. Honestly, I'm overwhelmed. I look forward to keeping in touch with all those who have friended me, and I'll keep posting my progress in this thread. Thanks again for everyone's words of encouragement.
  • My goal is between 165 and 180, depending on how I feel when I get there. I chose that goal because I remember what it was like to be at that weight, and I felt great. I want to see if I can rekindle that feeling of overall health. It may come at a different weight, but generally that's where I think I'll end up.
