Body rock has turned into something other than great workouts. I do older workouts on their website and work out with ZWOW. They work but this can't be your only exercise incorporate different sports, or walk run or bike. This will give you a great overall fitness level.

It always sucks going there but remind yourself that once your done you will feel great, that is your motivation.

Well I don't have as much to loose but I have done this at least 6x, lost the same 10lbs. So lets stick to it, lose it and then lets do at least 6-12 months of Maintenance so we get how to keep it off!!:wink:

If you want to know how many calories you burn during your sessions purchase a heart rate monitor. If you watch Amazon or Ebay you can get one cheaper. They are the most accurate way to track calories burned... Good luck :wink:

Once you get used to her workouts I recommend trying boot camp by Cathe. This a intense 62 minute workout that is excellent. Good Luck with your Shred Series :happy:

I love Cathe as she is the only woman I know that lifts as much as I do. I love to workout, I am heavy because I eat too much. My fav is boot camp. Being a friend of starbucks I recommend there sugar free syurps. They even have carmel, for some added protien try the whey. My favorite breakfast is a grande sugar free carmel plus protien latte. Good Luck!!
