I cannot begin to thank you guys for all the suggestions and support. So an update: I joined a gym last week and worked out 4x and today I'll make a menu board for the house for the whole week and next week I'll get a food scale and work on my portion control. Thank you again guys!!

Did you try? I tried the 5 day juice diet. It is a good CLEANSING diet and if you want you can do it once every 5 months but to make it a routine and just drink juice.. :huh: ..not a good idea.. You will lose the water weight but the moment you will start eating it will bounce back to what it was originally in no time.

Hummus... Homemade.. perfect . I am such a big meat lover but i am clensing my system and have left meat till november.. There are not many options for Protein ... PS my doctor gave me a thumbs up for the 10 days juice diet. He said its good to give your body a rest too... So i will be starting the Mean Green Juice diet…

Made an Appointment with the Doctor will discuss about the Juice diet with here... Meanwhile whats your take on Veggie alternatives of Protein.. I do eat meat but these days i am a vegetarian .. so besides Eggs i cannot think of much options.

hmmm sounds appropriate.... I workout 6times a week. lift weights, eat healthy i dont think i am doing anything wrong with my diet.. this is a cleansing diet which i was planning to follow for 10 days.. you cannot make it a lifestyle but 1st of all ur not starving and second of all your drinking all your veggies..…
