I either rock a cute hat, a bandana, or I sometimes braid the front...I really dont care if it looks that cute as I am there to workout not attract others! plus the hat puts me incognito so I can workout not socialize!

Im down 45 too and I still see a chubby chick in the mirror...I still want to lose 35-45 more(even though everyone tells me Im crazy!) Its especially hard for me when people compliment me and tell me how good I look because I just dont see it! Im sure it will happen soon!!

when I hit 50 lbs I am buying new sneakers(almost there)! When I hit my goal I will probably go buy some new clothes! here's a great idea one of my friends had...for every workout you do you put $1 in a jar..then you will have some money to reward yourself when you hit some of your major goals. You can do the same for lbs…

i do a cheat meal not a cheat day...dont want to ruin all my progress....I also still workout this day usually...but i do agree u need a rest day as well!

i only weigh myself once a week on the same day/same time/same outfit. I dont own a scale on purpose..when i did i weighed myself like 2-3 times a day which is absolutely ridiculous! once a week works great for me!

adding it to protein shakes is awesome. I love to have my oatmeal with a half of a scoop of choc protein powder/1 tablespoon of powdered pb and a cut up banana. But in all honesty if you dont like it dont bother!

i only weigh in once a week on the same day at the same time in the same clothes to get the most accurate weight. I do not own a scale purposely otherwise i would become obsessed with weighing myself and discouraged if the numbers disnt go down. Hope this helps! good luck!

I completely agree...I ran a half marathon back in 2010 and all my training was on a treadmill...intervals are best and add in some sprints just to get your endurance up.
