Not sure if you went on a plane or not, but if u did I know it does a lot to your inside that why alot of people have problems going to the bathroom on trips. Give your self a week I bet it will all come off.

I would split up the 3, do 5 min on each. Also u can go backward onthe elliptical that wrks other part of your body. I also do dancing in my house. It burns fat fast. But mtv on or another station.
